The brewers at CREW Republic are no exception. Moved by their enthusiasm for flickering flames, they have created a beer that crowns the evening in front of the fireplace. Fireside is a full-bodied red ale that flows into the glass in a bright copper red thanks to a handpicked selection of the finest special malts. A seductive scent rises from the ivory-colored foam head, which wonderfully complements the gentle smoke aroma of a fire. The red pleasure scores olfactory and culinary with a composition of roasted malt, caramelized nuts and candied dark fruits. A moderate bitterness underlines the play of aromas. Fireside is not too bulky despite its malt abundance and inspires with a velvety-soft mouthfeel and a complex range of flavors.
