End of May and we can’t wait for summer to start. The first warm days have given us hope and a little taste of the glory ahead: soaring temperatures, sunshine, azure skies, the smell of sunscreen in the air, the first ice cream and a featherweight swing in every step.

In order to be able to call up this delicious summer feeling at any time, the Orca Brau has come up with a suitable beer. Her latest creation is a fluffy, fluffy gose flavored with a trio of exotic fruits. The brew is called Let the Sunshine in Your Heart and combines tropical passion fruit with golden pineapple and sparkling calamansi. The latter comes from the Philippines and is a hybrid of mandarine and kumquat. It contributes a fresh sourness to the aromas, which goes perfectly with the juicy sweetness of passion fruit and pineapple.

Let the Sunshine in Your Heart brings 5.8% alcohol content and a clear gold color to the glass. A tropical bouquet fills the air and heralds the enjoyment of the beer in an atmospheric way. The attack follows seamlessly and delights with a fruity taste explosion that brings passion fruit, pineapple, spicy yeast and citrus to the tongue. A touch of salt skilfully rounds off the culinary delights.
