Chop Shop is an American slang word used for all kinds of places. It can be a particularly careless hair salon or a dangerously careless nail salon, but it can also refer to illegal garages where stolen cars are dismantled to sell the parts. A chop shop can also be a dubious clinic or an unhygienic butcher shop. In general, one can say that the word stands for establishments of the more shady kind.

However, the beer of the same name from Aviator Brewing is not at all dodgy: In its latest work, the brewery from North Carolina combines classic American hop varieties and creates a tasty Session India Pale Ale with a pleasant 4.8% alcohol content.

ChopShop flows into the glass in a radiant honey gold and exudes a sweet scent of caramel, dark toasted bread and tangy citrus fruit.
