Peanut butter is a creamy treat that enhances all kinds of dishes. Ordinary toast becomes a culinary delight with a little jam and a good load of it, chicken skewers an exotic treat, you can refine cakes, tarts and other pastries with it, conjure up delicious sauces and dressings from it or simply spoon the nut butter straight out of the jar. However, you can also make wonderful beer out of it.

The American brewery Belching Beaver loves peanut butter as much as we do and has therefore dedicated its own beer to the symphony of peanuts. ¡Viva La Beaver! is a sensual seduction that combines the taste of peanut butter with cinnamon and coffee. The delicious milk stout has already won gold and silver medals with its unconventional aroma and also convinces us.

In the glass, the nutty delicacy is presented in opaque mahogany. A hazel veil covers the beer and sends out a bouquet of toffee, roasted peanuts, chocolate and freshly ground coffee beans. The initial sip reveals a full-bodied body with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation. A liquid dessert of milk chocolate, roasted malt, cinnamon, peanut butter, mocha, caramel and brown sugar lies on the tongue like precious silk. The stately 7.5% alcohol content provides a comforting warmth, while a restrained bitterness gives contrast and elegance to the play of aromas.
