This Estonian specialty is brand new on the market and a real treat, especially when the sun is burning relentlessly and you want to spend your days in the fridge.
Change Vat Juu? is a double cold-hopped goose that has been refined with the highly aromatic hops variety Citra. The extraordinary sour beer has a mild 4.0% alcohol content and, well chilled, flows extremely smoothly down your throat.
The pale yellow beauty shimmers in a pale gold tone in the glass and wears a fleeting veil of white foam on her head. Estonian Gose presents itself olfactory with the wonderful aroma of a freshly baked lemon cake: tangy lemon peel, fruity sweetness and a touch of acidity. The initial taste follows the scent and delights the tongue and palate with a fresh variety of citrus. Fruity, sweet, sour and tangy at the same time. A touch of malt again provides notes of lemon cake, the salt so typical for Gose gives the beer an interesting kick. The finish is sour and leaves a long-lasting taste of lemon with a touch of salt on the tongue. Like a tequila with lemon and salt. Just without the tequila.
The Gose from UJH Man’s Brewery is a real summer hit. Refreshing, fruity, citrus-intensive and a little salty - the perfect mix for days when the temperature climbs above 30 degrees.
