The passion of the Aviator Brewing Company is enjoyment. However, the brewery from Fuquay Varina is not just limited to beer: in addition to the brewery, the team runs a pizzeria with a stone oven, a tap house with the freshest beers straight from the tap and a smoke house, which serves grilled delicacies to go with the beer. Beer and hearty specialties — what more could you ask for?

From flying to brewing

The name of the brewery goes back to its place of origin: It all began in a former aircraft hangar in the north of the American state of Carolina. Founder Mark Doble actually wanted to store his small airplane in the hall, but when he discovered that the premises offered space beyond that, he had another idea. Because his family is in the brewing business and Mark already had some experience as a homebrewer, he bought two disused milk tanks and started brewing beer in them on a larger scale in 2008. The one-man business grew faster than the brewer anticipated, and soon he had to expand his improvised brewing system. Just one year after the first brew, Mark began selling his creations in the region and met with so much demand for his beers that he could hardly keep up with brewing. In 2010 the time had come: The brewing project blew all the limits and Mark had to look for a more spacious production facility. He found what he was looking for about 4 miles from his hangar and was not only able to expand the equipment but also his team in the new brewery.

Pizza, meat and beer from one source

The company really took off when the Tap and the Smoke House were added. Mark's beers are traditional brews interpreted and crafted in new, innovative and unconventional ways. As a delicate complement to his flavorful brews, Mark offers meats cooked with passion and passion to absolute perfection at the Smoke House. Chicken, pork and beef are grilled over wood fires, smoked in aromatic smoke and complemented with flavorful marinades, sauces and accompaniments. As a real gourmet, Mark attaches great importance to offering his customers a holistic culinary experience. The undisputed highlight of the Aviator Brewing Company are of course the beers: Mark's creations are brewed by hand and give a good insight into the variety of beers in the USA. Its range includes classics such as India Pale Ale and presents the traditional beers in a modern light.
