Emelisse is a Netherlands-based brewery that has been committed to artisanal craft beer for more than ten years. And with great success: In the ranking of the RateBeer website, one of the largest information and evaluation sites for craft beer, Emelisse is among the top 100 of the best breweries in the world. Emelisse not only sells beer, but also celebrates the barley juice in the in-house restaurant. The brewery products are almost treated as a culinary art form and enjoy great popularity among Dutch craft beer fans as well as international attention. Due to the increasing demand, Emelisse has outsourced part of the production to Belgium.

Innovative

Brewer Jens van Stee always pampers his customers with new, creative ideas and ensures that Emelisse repeatedly causes a sensation among the best craft beer breweries in Europe. The brewery is based on traditional brewing techniques and combines these with the demands of international beer connoisseurs. With a colorful range of very different beers, Emelisse meets the taste of long-time beer connoisseurs as well as the inexperienced palates of beer novices.

Diversified

The Bierothek® represents the wide range of products from Emelisse with a number of characteristic IPAs, but also attracts beer drinks with surprising stouts such as the Forest Fruit Stout , a beer that is described by its makers as a liquid dessert. The Espresso Stout is completely different, but no less good. With its gentle bitter notes and a full, dark coffee color, it is a pleasure for all the senses. Another specialty of the brewery are barrel-aged beers such as the White Label series. These beers are stored in old whiskey barrels for a year, which gives them their incomparable taste. Emelisse is a brewery that presents a diverse range of great beers to both connoisseurs and beginners.
