The high-proof specialties are distilled from the finest beer and are a real treat for everyone who, in addition to beer, also likes to grab something stronger.

The basis for the crystal clear beer spirit is artisanal, Franconian beer. The exquisite beer brandy is made from the delicious beer in a complex process. The fire water captures the quintessence of the beer and presents hops, malt and yeast in an elegant and unusual way. The finished beer specialty is filled into elegant bottles and sealed with a fine wooden cork. Wrapped in this way, the brandy is a wonderful gift for beer enthusiasts and fans of high-proof drinks who like to have a bit of a change from conventional fruit water in the glass.
