The basis for the crystal clear beer spirit is artisanal, Franconian beer. The exquisite beer brandy is made from the delicious beer in a complex process. The fire water captures the quintessence of the beer and presents hops, malt and yeast in an elegant and unusual way. The finished beer specialty is filled into elegant bottles and sealed with a fine wooden cork.
