When people dedicate their lives to a passion, their work usually bears impressive results. The Hybrid Sequence Series brings together three heart projects and connects people who are individually creative geniuses. This collaboration has created legendary teams and a whole range of absolutely unique beers.

We are talking about the breweries Freigeist Bierkultur and Stillwater Artisanal, who have brought a number of talented winemakers on board for their latest joint project. The craft brewers from Germany and America are known for their extraordinary and creative beers and have made a name for themselves in the business with their craftsmanship and daring flavors. Together with the winemakers, they have created a series of beer-wine hybrids, for each of which a wild ale is fermented with grapes from different grape varieties and then refined in oak barrels for two years. All beers appear in limited editions and are sold in elegant 0.75 l bottles.

As with Hybrid Sequence 0.002 , the collaboration partner for 0.001 was also the 2Naturkinder winery. The winemaker duo from Kitzingen grows grapes in controlled organic agriculture and has contributed to the Regent fruits project. The Hybrid 0.002 is a skilful mixture of soft malt, sweet red berries and a hint of apple. Acid, sweetness and bitterness form a delicious symbiosis, the oak wood elegantly rounds off the play of aromas.
