The Blech.Brut brewery comes from the Franconian beer metropolis of Bamberg. For its latest creation, the team got two different collaboration partners on board. You can already guess the country of origin of these co-brewers by looking at the design of the can: The brewing piece, clad in yellow and blue diamonds, was created in cooperation with two Ukrainian breweries. The Bambergers were supported by the Zen Brewery and the PZDK Brew.

With combined strength, the trio has developed a Pils that borrows its gentle fruity kick from two New Zealand hops. The brewers used the Motueka and Pacifica varieties to flavor and dry-hop the beer. The former type is characterized by its tropical citrus character. Motueka brings a delightful acidity to the beer and delivers exuberant citrus notes in a juicy, refreshing execution. The fruity liveliness harmonises wonderfully with the crisp tartness of the Pilsner. Pacifica also has lemony components, but also conjures up floral notes and a spicy spiciness in the brew. In addition, this variety is responsible for the solid bitterness in the beer.

The modern interpretation of the Pilsner from Blech.Brut gives the classic new impetus with a generous dose of sparkling citrus fruit and a touch of the exotic. It brings a pleasant 5.5% alcohol content into the glass and quenches your thirst for beer with the power of New Zealand hops.
