This beer is a love wedding par excellence.

For the Geuze Mariage Parfait, the brewers at the Belgian brewery Boon choose lambic beers in order to combine them into an exclusive delicacy. A small percentage of young beers are enriched with handpicked lambics that have already matured in the barrel for three years. The result is an 8.0% strong beer that delights with exquisite complexity and a full-bodied body. The Geuze Mariage Parfait has already won numerous awards in international competitions and is a popular classic that is enjoyed all over the world.

When pouring the beer, make sure that the yeasty sediment remains in the bottle. You don’t pour it into the glass at the end, as you do with wheat, for example, but rather enjoy it separately after drinking your beer. The Belgian specialty flows into the glass in almost clear honey gold and adorns itself with a generous amount of snow-white, fine-pored foam. A tantalizing scent of spicy hay, ripe apples and Belgian yeast rises from the magnificent crown. The initial taste follows the olfactory first impression: strong notes of sweet apples meet the taste of slightly bitter orange peel, sun-dried straw and yeast on the palate. The Geuze Mariage Parfait is a perfect composition of sour, subtly bitter and fruity sweet components.
