The Hösl brewery from Mitterteich knows what the Bavarians want. Their range consists of down-to-earth beers, which are brewed with heart and craftsmanship and wrap every Bavarian around their fingers with their charm. The brewers base their work on the requirements of the Bavarian Purity Law and passionately brew exactly what they like to drink themselves. Their recipe for success is tradition seasoned with a pinch of innovation, a breath of fresh air and a great dedication to top-quality raw materials.

A crowd favorite in the Hösl range is their light lager. This style is one of the traditional classics of Bavarian brewing art and scores with a skilful balance of hops and malt, a mild character and an equally full-bodied and sparkling body.

In the glass, the full beer shines in a crystal-clear sunshine gold and is adorned with a foam crown that could have sprung from a beer picture book - blossom-white, airy and towering. A fresh nose rises, releasing notes of mown grass, cereals and herbs. The first taste is wonderfully smooth and caresses the palate with mild hints of light, delicately roasted malt, woody herbs and green apple. A fine finish rounds off the beer enjoyment with floral hops and a harmonious bitterness.
