Now the owl is conquering new territory and is gaining a whole new group of admirers with the beer fans. The clever brewers from Pretzfelder Nikl-Bräu are responsible for this development.

The white owl from Franconian Switzerland is a light wheat beer, which is characterized by its mild flavor and the unmistakable wheat beer character. The classic beer is brewed all year round and perfectly complements the wide range of Nikl-Bräus. The white owl has a surprisingly golden plumage, only the dense foam comes in the same color as the snow owl. A yeasty nose rises and tempts you to take the first sip with notes of freshly baked yeast plait, spicy cloves and creamy banana. This reveals a tasty body with perfectly dosed carbon dioxide and a velvety soft mouthfeel. Refreshing and dry, notes of sun-dried straw, freshly mown grass, strong cloves and banana milkshake caress the palate. A touch of brioche and orange peel round off the play of flavors perfectly.

Nikl’s White Owl is a classic wheat that has been masterfully brewed and tastefully seasoned. The brewer does not reinvent the wheel with this creation, but adds a nice sophistication and elegance to the beer.
