Bavaria has a lot to offer: the varied landscape invites you to experience nature and all kinds of sporting activities, the down-to-earth cuisine flatters body and soul, the cities are ideal for strolling and lingering and the magnificent monuments tell of the splendor of days long gone. In addition to these things, beer is particularly well-known and popular. Bavarian beer has enjoyed an excellent reputation in and around Germany for centuries and is certainly a reason for one or the other to visit.
A prime example of the Bavarian art of brewing is the naturally cloudy Ur-Helle from the Riedenburg brewery. The brewery is based in the picturesque Altmühltal nature park and attaches great importance to the care and preservation of the nature that surrounds it. As the first brewery in Bavaria, the Riedenburger Brauhaus converted its production to 100% and today only brews beers made from organic raw materials.
The Ur-Helle is a classic lager with a full-bodied character and spicy aromas. The Bavarian beer specialty brings a pleasant 4.6% alcohol content to the table and presents itself in gleaming gold and a pure white foam crown in the glass. A scent of blooming summer meadows and sun-ripened grain fills the air and promises a beer-like experience. The taste consists of fine malt aromas, a subtle sweetness and the delicate bitterness of the organic hops.
