Dulcis 12 from the Riegele BrauWelt is nicknamed "sweet seduction". The brewers chose this clever addition because their wonderfully velvety Dubbel seduces with its soft sweetness and full-bodied aroma and because the production of the noble drop extends like an artful seduction over a fairly long period of time. Once the brewing process is complete, the Belgian-inspired beer undergoes a second fermentation, for which the beer is given a full 12 months. With the help of aromatic blossom honey and the finest Trappist yeast from a monastery in Belgium, the beer matures into a complex, profound and flavor-intensive speciality.

Riegele's Dubbel Dulcis 12 brings a mind-numbing 11.0% alcohol content into the glass and presents itself there in a warm golden tone. An enticing scent of sweet honey and brown rock candy fills the air from the densely pored crown. The initial taste reveals a powerful body with sparkling carbonic acid, which gives the beer an exquisite mouthfeel. A complex composition of creamy caramel, roasted malt, freshly baked bread with honey and floral fruit notes ensnare the palate. The noble Trappist yeast refines the aromas with strong spiciness, while the delicate liqueur notes and the harmoniously balanced bitterness round off the beer enjoyment in a first-class way.
