The product range of the Franconian brewery Blech.Brut is a colorful hodgepodge of creative craft beers: Hop-intensive India Pale Ales , cask-aged specialties and fluffy, fluffy session ales come together.

With all the contemporaryness and the touch of avant-garde, however, the brewers do not forget their roots. As a Bamberg brewery, Blech.Brut follows in time-honoured footsteps and brews in a place where beer was produced and drunk a thousand years ago. The beer culture of the cathedral city is diverse and integrated into everyday life. At the weekend, the regulars meet for a morning pint, every village, no matter how small, has its own brewery, there is regional beer in cafés, restaurants and pubs, and when the sun is shining the numerous beer cellars in the region are a meeting point for young and old. The highlight in the cellar, in addition to the homemade delicacies and snacks, is the freshly tapped beer. Recently there is also a cellar beer from Blech.Brut , which you can enjoy with Limburger music, bratwurst and Göttinger beer.

The Kellerbier Classic was created in collaboration with the Malto Brewpub and takes a modern look at the classic Kellerbier. The specialty is brewed with the Aramis, Bobek and Kolibri hop varieties and inspires with a successful harmony of hops and malt.
