Rauchbier Special is a fine brew created by the Blech.Brut brewery in collaboration with the Bar & Vintage Cellar brewery. This special brew was developed on the occasion of the brewery’s 5th birthday and represents the passion for fine beer and exquisite wines that brewer and host share.

The Bamberg brewery and the Berlin bar have chosen a typically Franconian beer style for the festive occasion: The smoked beer looks back on a centuries-old tradition and is still one of the favorites in and around the cathedral city. The most dominant flavor of this beer is the malt, which is reflected in strong smoky notes and a wonderful roasted aroma. Blech.Bruts Rauchbier Special has an alcohol content of 5.5% and offers an intense taste experience that will delight lovers of this style of beer. The scent of the delicacy is reminiscent of a crackling campfire and the smoke is also reflected in the taste. Caramelized nuts and roasted malt join in the middle. The harmonious combination of these aromas gives the beer a nice complexity and depth.
