A fruity-sour farmhouse ale, brewed with Màger. As a special feature in its production, wild fermentations were used, which were specially selected by us from a mixture of different barrels of the Penedès wine, combined with an open fermentation process.
Rosé beer with little persistent white foam, silky on the palate and light on the body. The aroma and taste are dominated by the notes of citrus and red fruits, which come from both the wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria of the fermentation and the blueberries and raspberries used in their production. We also find vinegar, vanilla and wood notes from the mix with beer aged for 9 months in red wine barrels.
