The traditional country brewery looks back on a centuries-old history and brews down-to-earth Franconian beers and their modern relatives with pride, passion and a mountain of experience and expertise.

The Hallerndorfer Hefeweizen is a specialty brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law, which is made according to a recipe passed down from generation to generation. A fine selection of malts is refined with handpicked Tettnang aroma hops. The top-fermented beer comes in golden amber and is clouded by a strong mist of yeast. A symphony of banana, peach, malt, apricot and yeast braid dominates the drinking pleasure from the first sniff to the last sip and flatters the palate while drinking with a velvety texture.
