A visit to the beer cellar is the culmination of every summer day and gives it a delicious finish. Wonderful beer, crusty bread from the stone oven, cheese with onion rings and chives in a seasoned broth, hearty sausage, hot mustard, pickles, Ziebeleskäse and a generous portion of butter are an irresistible combination that attracts countless people to the cellar every day.
