smoked brown ale meets spicy and slightly piquant chilli notes. brewed with smoked malt and various caramel malts for a pleasant malt base, then mixed in the tank with three different mexican chillis - ancho, mulato and pasilla, rounded off with roasted sesame seeds. the chillies give off light notes of cocoa and raisins as well as a slightly piquant spiciness, not spicy. the sesame, paired with the malt, rounds it off slightly nutty. exciting and cool to eat.
