Imagine you are hiking through the hilly landscape of Ireland. Sheep graze on the endless meadows, a gentle wind rocks the grass and from time to time the sun peaks through the towering clouds. On the horizon you can see a house made of gray stone. You take the arduous path and walk there with your last bit of strength. A handsome brewer opens the pigeon blue door and welcomes you with a mug of the finest beer.

This is where the Brehon Brewhouse is located, the brewery of the former dairy farmer Seamus McMahon. For those who do not want to take the long journey to the evergreen island, we recommend a bottle of Imagine. The New England IPA from Brehon invites you to dream and tells in a fruity voice about the soft summer clouds over the Monaghan Farm.

Imagine attracts with a fine range of peach, mango and grapefruit notes as soon as the bottle is opened. The initial taste follows the olfactory first impression and delights the palate and tongue with refreshing fruitiness: the aromas of pink grapefruit, juicy mango and ripe peach are sweet and tangy. A fine citrus note and a complementary bitterness round off the taste experience.
