If we think about it like this, every day actually begins with a highlight: Every morning the sun rises, it climbs over the horizon with glistening rays and bathes the world in the most glorious colors for a few golden moments before it begins its journey to the zenith starts. Far too seldom does one take the time to enjoy this spectacle, which is why the Rügener Insel brewery has come up with a beer that is based on this experience.

Sun-Up Beach is inspired by the magic of the sunrise and tickles you awake with fruity acidity, lively carbonation and a truckload of juicy fruit. The so-called Natural Cocktail Fruit Beer is brewed with the aromatic puree of sun-kissed guavas, oranges and passion fruit and, thanks to its low alcohol content of 2.9%, resembles a freshly squeezed fruit juice.

The sparkling beer specialty flows into the glass in the color of liquid sunshine, with a delicate foam crown in blossom-white enthroned on the naturally cloudy body. A festival of guavas, passion fruit, oranges and mango fills your nostrils and awakens your thirst for beer. The initial taste has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity: Exuberant fruit notes explode on the tongue. Sun-Up Beach is a fruity feast with a light-footed shape and a wonderfully sour, subtly bitter finish.
