Sun-Wave is a beer that wonderfully captures the island brewery’s attitude to life: the people of Rügen enjoy the benefits of island life and grab their surfboards after work or jump into the cool waters to swim a few laps. The soft sand invites for a picnic at sunset and a suitable beer after the perfect wave is Sun-Wave Beach.

The second Natural Cocktail Fruit Beer in the range enchants with a world of aromas of currants and hibiscus. The flowery and fruity-sour composition is supported by bitter orange, rosehip, elderberries and lemon.

The crimson beer pleasure is crowned with a handful of pink foam and smells of freshly harvested blackcurrants and elderberries, lushly blooming hibiscus and hibiscus. The initial taste is dominated by powerful cassis notes: the small fruits deliver a crisp acidity and intensive fruit aromas. Notes of elderberry, rosehip and rhubarb join the berry pleasure, a touch of natural yoghurt complements the summer variety. A dry, sour and crisp short finish crowns the beer enjoyment.
