A glorious trio of three breweries have teamed up for the Monster Party series. The brewers from Analog, Unverhopft and Gorilla Cervecería Berlin have joined forces to brew three different beers, all of which are characterized by their enormous hop intensity.
Episode one of the series is a single hop India Pale Ale, whose glamorous protagonist is the Simcoe hop variety. The green gold grows on the sunlit slopes of the Yakima Valley and is cultivated by Yakima Chief’s skilled farmers. The beer is brewed with Simcoe as well as dry-hopped. In the end we have a fruity beer stuffed to the brim with juicy hop notes.
The first of the Monster Party Series flows into the glass in a densely cloudy yolk and adorns itself with a large crown of fluffy white foam. The exuberant hop party starts in the nose: a celebratory mix of tropical fruits, stone fruit, light malt and hints of citrus introduces the festivities. Thanks to the aromas of ripe apricots and peaches, the first drink is a real treat. Gradually, lemon zest, mango, kiwi, tangerine, white grapes, herbs and notes of pine resin join in and harmoniously round off the flavor profile.
