The beer is dry-hopped and undergoes fermentation in several phases: This complex process gives the beer its impressive 9.5% alcohol content and a complex and sophisticated character. The drink contains no spices or other frills, the brewers have concentrated on the essential ingredients and made a wonderful beer out of it with expert hands and traditional brewing skills. St. Feuilliens Grand Cru brings soft malt, tasty yeast, golden grain, candied orange zest and the aroma of freshly harvested hop cones to the glass. The perfectly balanced bitterness provides a great contrast to the expansive sweetness and the heavy body.
