Because beer is our daily bread, we have a lot of favorites when it comes to choosing a suitable drink to crown our evening. If we're looking for something hoppy with a fruity character and crisp bitterness, we fall back on our list of excellent India Pale Ales , if it's going to be strong, full-bodied and chocolatey, we have a number of subtly composed stouts in mind. For spice with bang we choose a bock beer and if we are looking for something tasty, uncomplicated with a pleasant balance and an addictive factor, then we go for a cellar beer.

Brews in this category are characterized by their round aromas and combine hops and malt into an enjoyable whole that quenches thirst and goes well with a wide variety of dishes. Franconia is the stronghold of masterful cellar beers, which is why many of our favorites come from this region.

The original material from the Krug company, for example. The naturally cloudy cellar beer is wonderfully full-bodied and brings a rich spiciness to the glass, made up of notes of oven-fresh bread, robust grain, caramel, gently roasted malt and tart hops.
