Rübæus from Founders Brewing is a Raspberry Ale that’s packed to the brim with fresh raspberries. The truckload of fresh fruit is not only reflected in the colour, but also in the smell and taste: A scent of deep red raspberries evokes associations of spotted children’s hands and laughing, pink-colored mouths, the first drink follows this path in terms of taste and delights the tongue and palate a true raspberry festival. Juicy notes of oven-fresh raspberry cake make the taste buds dance with summery sweetness and fruity acidity, a hint of light malt rounds off the aromas.
