When the days are getting shorter and colder, the working week was unbearable again, cold and wet rain has been falling from the sky for hours or when you light the fireplace for the first time in the early autumn, then you need the right beer. A handcrafted version from Franconia came from the Schinner brewery. Your Franconian Markator is a powerful Doppelbock that brings a soul-flattering 7.2% alcohol content and a massive body to the glass. The beer is matured for a particularly long time and scores with high original gravity and a shimmering ruby red chestnut colour. A bouquet of caramel, coffee and dark fruits rises from the firm, creamy head of foam. The initial drink follows this first impression and ensnares the palate with roasted malt, toffee, warm spices, delicate smoke and a hint of noble hops. Schinner’s Markator provides everything you need after a long day and ensures sip by sip of pleasant relaxation.
