The festive Quadriga in the attractive 0.75 liter bottle with a high-quality cork stopper is something for very special moments and is always worth a reason to toast.

Due to the lemon yellow color with a very cloudy character and the long-lasting, fine-pored foam, the Insel-Brauerei Quadriga is hard to miss. A scent of fruity mirabelle plums, a subtle acidity and a spicy smell of malt rise straight into the nose when the glass is filled. The first sip of the Quadriga is very sparkling and refreshing. The sweetness of the dextrose used for fermentation also comes to light in the first drink. The Quadriga is characterized by a freshness due to the French brut yeast. Good hopping, which has a herbal tartness, makes the beer very drinkable. A pleasant tingle is created by the optimal rezenz on the tongue and creates an excellent drinking experience. In the finish, the Quadriga develops into bitter and is therefore the optimal balance to the previous fruity sweetness.

Fruity, dry and slightly acidic, the Quadriga almost resembles a sparkling wine, making it the perfect drink for a celebratory toast.
